The purchase code is associated with an unknown product occurs when a Parent Purchase Code for MapleSim is used during activation with Maple Network Tools.
- Check that you have the current version of the Maple Network Tools installed. If not, please update the network tools to the version that matches the version of the products that you are trying to activate and try activating your product(s) again. Note: Current versions of the network tools are available for download from our website here.
- Use our Offline Activation tool, to activate your products and have their license files emailed to you.
