It is possible that if a user experiences a system crash (blue screen) on their machine, the installation of Maple and/or MapleSim could get corrupted. If you find that your MapleSim model no longer simulates or outputs a number of unresolved names in the Diagnostic Information, a file could be missing from the installation.
Please check if a file named MaplesoftInternal.m is in the Modelica 3.2.2 folder. The folder path may vary based on the operating system. Please see below for the correct folder path.
C:/Program Files/Maple 2019/toolbox/MapleSim/lib/Modelica3.2.2
If the file is not present, please download the file MaplesoftInternal.m and place the file in the folder mentioned above. Relaunch MapleSim.
