You can change the default fonts and style, by performing the following steps:
Please note: If you already have a Style Set made you can go to "Format" > "Manage Style Sets" and skip to step 7.
Note 2: You can also edit the saved style worksheet in a text editor, and edit all the fonts and other properties in bulk.

Change the fonts and style of your current worksheet by going to "Format">"Styles".

Select the type of text you would like to change and click Modify.
Please note that 1D input is referred to as Maple input. - Choose the font, size, and color of font you wish displayed. Then hit OK on the Character Style Window. If you wish to change more than one type of text go back to step 2. After all the text has been set to the styles you want hit OK on the Style Management window.

Ensure that the worksheet with the desired style you set above is open and selected.

Go to "Format" > "Manage Style Sets".

Click "Export Style Set" (or "New Style Set", for Maple 18 and earlier), choose the desired styles to export, press "OK", and finally save the style to your computer.

Under "Current Style Set", check the radio button for "User-defined Style Set" and click "Browse" to select your style file.

Click "Apply Current Style Set". Then click "OK"
